Now, before you think I'm some paranoiac who wears a colander on her head to block out the Alien Brain Rays (I actually use a Ronco Bamboo Steamer), let me explain why I suspect this.
It doesn't take a genius to construct an official-looking Web page (she said knowing full well that her own was a crummy-looking, 404-riddled piece of junk) and even if it *did*, RD is not stupid. He *does* like playing with people. He *does* like play-pretending (voting himself the Chook Industries Honorary Employee and 'winning' himself a free Web site) he's lonely and bored (and what better way to get lots of correspondence than to lure folks to a message board?) he claims to be pleased with the product he ordered from Chook Industries, while not only do I not see a way to order anything from them, I can't even find what they *do*--and last but not least--the whole Chook Web site has this hazy, oddball, "Mars Attacks" feel to it that really reminds me of his *posts*. You know the ones I mean--where three people cuss him out and rant and throw pies in his face, and he acts like nothing happened--just posts a reply like "You really sound angry. I was angry a lot in Junior High; I also like lima beans."
Of course I could be dead wrong, but wouldn't it be typical of him to have orchestrated this whole thing for shits'n'giggles?!
Or am I just nuts? Wait--don't answer that!
