Oh well. Better than the substitute physics teacher who spent an entire class period explaining why the speed of sound is faster than the speed of light (again, dead serious). The explanation involved (still serious here) the coreolis effect, parallax, entropy, the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle, fiscal inflation (really), and Karl Marx. Although by that time the lecture had degenerated into a semi-random diatribe about communism. Best physics class I ever had.
